Hunting season and hunting dogs training
You can get together in the Ducato Game Reserves all year: from February to August you can practice in training with or without shot with pointing breeds or hounds, while from September to January is open the hunting season.
All of this in a peaceful atmosphere of relax and freedom, without roads, houses and annoying noises. Objectives: come alone or with friends to regenerate yourself with enthusiasm and energy of a pure passion: hunting.
The hunting passion
Today, no one hunts for need anymore; that need has left place to only the beauty of a very ancient passion, that bonds man to the depths of his being.
To plunge in a pure habitat all you need to do is to go to the two hunting companies of the Ducato Game Reserves, Monte Ragola in Pertuso of Ferriere (Piacenza) and The Pastoria in Salsomaggiore, near Pietranera (Parma).
Here, the hunters with their auxiliaries can truly challenge themselves, entering the heart of the unspoiled nature of Val Nure, for what concerns Monte Ragola (from 900 to 1500 meters of height), through pastures, grasslands, rocks, woods rich of beeches, junipers, fresh water sources, or in the rolling hills of the small and pretty Valley of Stirione (The Pastoria) characterized by grasslands and oak woods, facing up carefully selected wild game: partridges, red grouse, quail, hares and pheasants coming from propriety holdings.
